In order to create a new account and have access to our price list and special offers, you must be a Flower Shop or have a retail fresh-cut flower trade business. New customers must be approved and established as an account before they can purchase.

  • How do I place my order?
    The best way to place your order is via telephone call, this way we will assure all possible flower options, colors and availability.
    However you can place orders Via Fax and E mail available 24 / 7 . Our sale Representatives will take your calls as follow:
    Monday Through Thursday 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
    Friday 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
    Saturdays 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM

    Our E-commerce system will be ready to place orders on line by the end of the first quarter of 2010.

  • What time will my flowers be deliver?
    Orders placed before 6:00 AM Sunday through Thursday, will be deliver the same day in the morning. Although we encourage the clients to place your order no later than 6:00 PM the day before the delivery.
  • How do you ship the flowers?
    We ship our flowers through our own delivery fleet. We also ship via FedEX and common airlines carriers.
  • When are you open?
    We are open from Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • How do I pay for the flowers?
    Unless credit has been established. All orders are C.O.D or pre pay before delivery by credit card ( Visa, Master card, American Express are accepted )
  • How do I handle a return or a quality issue?

  • Are my billing information and e-mail address kept private?

  • Will my flowers be the exact color as the image shown on the page?

    In our picture display the flowers are as true to the color as possible, a 100% match is very difficult to waranty. Firstly, your computer screen’s settings may cause the image to appear slightly different than the original photograph. Secondly, flowers are not always 100% equal as they are living creatures affected by Mother Nature. Flowers tend to slightly change tones according to the weather conditions.
